The trial courts order directing disbursement of the surplus proceeds from a real estate mortgage foreclosure sale, denied to the holder of the second mortgage, Agnes Haberny, a defendant in the action, a credit for the accrued interest upon her mortgage. The order also denied to the holder of a mechanics lien, Home Lumber and Fuel Company, another defendant in the action, the right to participate in the distribution of the surplus proceeds. The respective defendants appeal from said order. The facts are stated in the opinion.
