This is an appeal from part of a summary judgment in a deficiency action under Tex. Bus. and Com. Code Ann. ร§ 9.504 (Supp. 1986). Appellants appeal from that part of the judgment that awards damages under certain "unconditional" guaranty agreements. We will reverse that part of the judgment and remand the cause for further proceedings as to appellants.
