1 Gregory Steven Lopez appeals from an order denying a motion for post-conviction relief filed under WIS. STAT.ร§ 974.06 (2005-06). The trial court denied the motion on the ground that Lopezs claims were barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994). We agree, and accordingly, we affirm.
